Casual Waiter and Waitress Staff
Requirements
We require to have Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) for all front staff position.
A high emphasis on quality and presentation must run through your veins with motivating leadership skills to work in a busy & motivated team.
The ideal candidates for floor staff, have at least 6 months experience in the hospitality field and demonstrate professional skills in customer service to be recognise and take initiative where it is required, as well as work quickly and with precision, and have knowledge of cocktail and wines or experience in the bar area.

Welcoming and seating guests
Taking food and beverage orders and delivering these orders to guests
Maintain a general understanding of the food and beverage list
Following all procedures, systems and checklists outlined in our staff manual
Passionate about delivering a high standard of service to different types of clientele
Attend to all guest needs in a polite and cheerful manner
Ensure good standard of cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant
